Repro Steps:
Scenario 1:
1. Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2. Open File+New Project+Select "Crossplatform" from the Left Pane
3. Select "Cross Platform App"."New Crossplatform" window opens
4. Select "Blank App" 
5. Press Ok button
6. Solution Window Appears at Right pane
7. Tab to the "Solution Explorer"
8. Using down arrow key navigate to "components" option and press shift+F10
9. Select "Edit Components" option from context menu
"Components" window opens
10. Tab to "Log in to your Xamarin Account" button and press enter key
11. "Please log in to use xamarin" dialog box opens
12. launch inspect tool
13. Observe Name property for below elements in inspect

"User Name" and "Password" edit boxes
"?" help button
"Cancel", "Login" buttons
Title bar of the window

Scenario 2:
1. Log in to Xamarin
2. Open Tools-->Xamarin Account
3. "Xamarin Account" window opens
4. Launch inspect tool
5. Observe Name property for "View Account" and "Logout" buttons

Actual Behavior:
Scenario1:
Name property is empty for 
"User Name" and "Password" edit boxes
"?" help button
"Cancel", "Login" buttons
Title bar of the window

Scenario2:
Name property is empty for "View Account" and "Logout" buttons

Expected Behavior:
Scenario 1:
1. Name property of Title bar should be defined as 
"Log in to Xamarin"
2. Name property should be defined for "?" as "Help"
3. Name property should be defined for User Name, Password Edit boxes and Cancel, Login buttons

Scenario2:
Name property should be defined for "View Account" and "Logout" buttons


User impact:
User Rely on screen reader cannot identify name of the window, edit boxes and buttons if Name property  is empty
