Xamarin_Background Modes_Button

Steps:-
Scenario 1:
1. Launch the application
2. Go to File > New > Project
3. Select Cross-Platform
4. "New Cross Platform App Window" opens.
5. Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
6. Soultion Window Appears at Right pane
7. Tab to the "Solution" window.
8. Tab to the iOS App Name(Fo Ex: App2.iOS).
9. Using Down arrow key navigate to "Entitlements.plist" option and press Enter Key
10. "Entitlements" Tab appears.
11.Using "Tab", key navigate to the "Background Modes" expand collapse button.

Scenario 2:-
1. Launch the application
2. Go to File > New > Project
3. Select Cross-Platform
4. "New Cross Platform App Window" opens.
5. Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
6. Soultion Window Appears at Right pane
7. Tab to the "Solution" window.

Actual Result:-
"Name" of the Expandandcollapsed buttons present in the "Entitlements" and "Info.Plist" Tabs are not clearly visible in HC white mode when focus is on it.

Platform/browser:-
OS: Windows RS1
Visual Studio Version: Visual Studio Enterprise 2017RC(15.0.25928.0)
Xamarin Version: 4.3.0.241

This issue has been fixed with the new Properties, Manifests and Entitlements editor on 15.3 (d15-3).
The issues mentioned here are not reproducible on these builds.

Verified this issue in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel] now issue got fixed with new UI. we are unable to repro as per developer comments.

Attached screenshot for reference, hence closing this bug.
