Steps:-
Scenario1:
1. Launch the application
2. Go to File > New > Project
3. Select Cross-Platform > Cross Platform App
4. Select Blank App and Accept
5. Navigate to Project name (App*.Droid) in Solution Explorer and select properties from context menu
6. Click on Android Options in LHS pane
7. Observe the text colour for disabled check box labels (Bundle assemblies into native code)

Scenario2:
1. Launch the application
2. Go to File > New > Project
3. Select Cross-Platform > Cross Platform App
4. Select Blank App and Accept
5. Navigate to Project name (App*.iOS) in Solution Explorer and select properties from context menu
6. Click on iOS build in LHS pane
7. Observe the text colour for disabled check box labels (Enable Profiling) under General tab

Expected Result:-
In HC black, if a check box is disabled, its label text colour should be green and not grey

Actual Result:-
In HC black, if a check box is disabled, its label text colour is grey
Note: (Grey colour is applicable to disabled text in normal mode and not in high contrast theme)

Verified the issue and the issue is fixed - Disabled text is displayed in green color, hence closing the bug.

Verified Visual Studio Build:
Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 d15rel
Version 15.4.0 Preview 3.0 [26918.0.d15rel]
Xamarin Version: 4.7.0.934(d68a92f)
