Pre-Requisite:-
1. Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2. Open File+New Project+Select "Cross platform" from the Left Pane
3. Select "Cross Platform App"
4. Press Ok button

Steps:-
1. Run Pre-requisite
2. "New Cross Platform App Window" opens
3. Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4. Solution Window Appears at Right pane
5. Tab to the "Solution" window.
6. Tab to the iOS App Name(For Ex: App2.iOS).
7. Using Down arrow key navigate to "Info.plist" option and press Enter Key to navigate to the "Info.plist" Tab.
8.Using "Tab", key navigate to the "Universal Icons" option in the left hand side.
9.Using "Tab", key navigate to different options present in the "Universal Icons" sections.

Expected Result:-
Keyboard focus order should be logical in order while navigating different options in the "Universal section".

Actual Result:-
Keyboard focus is not logical in order while accessing different options in the 'Universal section".

OS: Windows RS1
Visual Studio Version: Visual Studio Enterprise 2017RC(15.0.25928.0)

Fixed in the new Properties and Manifests Editor on 15.2.
This new editor can be used with the keyboard without the issues reported here

As per developer comments now in latest version we are getting info.plis there all the elements keyboard is working fine. Verified in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel].

Attached new UI screenshot for reference, hence closing this bug.
