Pre-Requisite:-
1. Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2. Open File+New Project+Select "Cross platform" from the Left Pane
3. Select "Cross Platform App"
4. Press Ok button

Steps:-
Scenario 1:-
1. Run Pre-requisite
2. "New Cross Platform App Window" will open.
3. Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4. Tab to the "Solution Explorer" window present "  in the right hand side.
6. Tab to the iOS App Name(For Ex: App2.iOS) and press Shift+F10 or "Option" key from the keyboard to open context menu.
7.Using Down-arrow key select "Properties" option from the list in the context menu.
8.Using 'Tab",key navigate to the "ios Application" present in the left hand side.
Note:-Here you need to click on the "ios Application".
9.Using "Tab", key navigate to the edit box("iCloud containers", "key chain access groups","App Groups", "Associated Domains", "Passes") present under "Entitlements".

Scenario 2:-
1. Run Pre-requisite
2. "New Cross Platform App Window" will open.
3. Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4. Tab to the "Solution Explorer" window present "  in the right hand side.
6. Tab to the iOS App Name(For Ex: App2.iOS) 
7. Using Down arrow key navigate to "Entitlements.plist" option and press Enter Key
8. "Entitlements" Tab appears
9.Using "Tab", key navigate to "iCloud containers", "key chain access groups","App Groups", "Associated Domains", "Passes" present under "Entitlements.plist"

Scenario3:-
1. Run Pre-requisite
2. "New Cross Platform App Window" opens
3. Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4. Solution Window Appears at Right pane
5. Tab to the "Solution" window.
6. Tab to the iOS App Name(For Ex: App2.iOS).
7. Using Down arrow key navigate to "Info.plist" option and press Enter Key to navigate to the "Info.plist" Tab.
8.Using "Tab", key navigate to the "Entitlements" present in the left hand side.
9.Using "Tab", key navigate different options present in the "Entitlement" sections.

Expected Result:-
"iCloud containers", "key chain access groups","App Groups", "Associated Domains", "Passes" present under "Entitlements" should be accessible using keyboard.

Actual Result:-
"iCloud containers", "key chain access groups","App Groups", "Associated Domains", "Passes" present under "Entitlements" are not accessible using keyboard.

Platform/browser:-
OS: Windows RS1
Visual Studio Version: Visual Studio Enterprise 2017RC(15.0.25928.0)

Fixed in new d15-3 branch (targeting 15.3 release).
We're introducing a new Entitlements Editor.
This new editor can be used with the keyboard without the issues reported here.

Verified this issue in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel] now new entitlements editor is present as per developer comments. NOw mentioned issues in bug are not available in new entitlements editor.
