New GTK# 2.0 Project works, but GTK.Window (and other GTK types) is red..

Assembly browser for gtk-sharp.dll shows "Can't load:mscorlib, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culutre=neutral, PublicKey=b77a5c561934e089"
Decompilation failed:

Seems that the gtk-sharp.dll is broken on windows.

I fixed the loading.
