I'm trying to run the Xamarin example for WatchConnectivity here via Visual Studio 2015 Pro:
Debugging the iOS phone app to iOS simulator works fine.
However if I try and Debug the watch app, project "WatchConnectivity.OnWatch" I'm getting the following error below (from my VS output pane):
Launching 'WatchConnectivity' on 'Apple Watch Series 2 - 42mm watchOS 3.1'...
The app has been terminated.
Launch failed. The app 'WatchConnectivity' could not be launched on 'Apple Watch Series 2 - 42mm watchOS 3.1'. Error: error MT0000: Unexpected error - Please file a bug report at http://bugzilla.xamarin.com

. Please check the logs for more details.
The app has been terminated.
If I use Mac Finder to navigate to the path in the stacktrace above, the Info.plist file in question does actually exist.
1. XCode 8.2.1
2. VS 2015 professional + latest Xamarin stable 184.108.40.206 and xamarin iOS (10.3.1.7)
3. Xamarin Studio on Mac is latest Xamarin stable
4. Parallels 12 + Windows 7 Professional
5. OSX ElCapitan
NB: I also tried to run the same solution via Mac Xamarin Studio Community, and it works just fine ie I'm able to Debug project "WatchConnectivity.OnWatch" via Mac Xamarin Studio Community via Watch Simulator
Moving to cycle10 to provide a proper solution.
Thanks for reporting!
Fixed in 15.4 release.
