### Overview
On WP8.1 RT and Silverlight, a XAML app is crashing at launch when a Grid has RowDefinitions. It crashes with a different stack trace on each platform with the one from Silverlight being more detailed

Stack traces: https://gist.github.com/jimmgarrido/8f0d373eecd3ae12d940068671c192e9

On Silverlight, the crash happens in release mode. However on WinRT the crash happens on both debug and release.
Also, the crash only happens on a device, not the emualtor.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run either:
- the WP 8.1 Silverlight app in release mode on a device
- the WP 8.1 RT app in either mode on a device

### Expected Results
The app launches

### Actual Results
The app crashes
Comment 1 Jimmy [MSFT] 2016-12-14 23:33:23 UTC
Possible workaround for both platforms is to enable XamlC
Comment 2 Chris King 2017-02-16 21:33:25 UTC
WP8 is deprecated.
