** Overview **:
After updating to 184.108.40.206, NavigationBars don't show unless there is a Title set for the page. That is breaks a lot of UI and was very confusing for some users. It's unlcear if this is by design or not. To workaround, can set the Title=" "; if you want no visible text in the title, but still need the bar to show up.
** Steps to Reproduce **:
MainPage = new NavigationPage(new Page());
It was really noticeable for when users have ToolbarItems and they suddenly were not showing up when a Title was not set.
