In 'sample cycle frequency' entry view:

Make spin button and/or make sure up/down arrows increase/decrease this value by a sensible amount. This pattern appears in other places in the app, it applies there too. Use “:” at end of labels that descibe options. Align text of inputs with numbers to the right.

Same in 'Preferences dialog', which has the same UI than the new session dialog. We should probably have those as shared views maybe
