After switching to the Alpha channel, I downloaded the executables for all three but when I hit the Install button, nothing happens. Go to Tools -> Options -> Xamarin -> Other -> Check now (set to Alpha).
Thanks for your feedback. We are already looking in how to add these to VS 2017 and will try to get these into VS 2015 as well.
I wanted to give you some updates on this bug report:
First of all, on Visual Studio 2017, we're now installing iOS Simulator, Profiler and Workbooks & Inspector as part of the integrated setup.
For VS 2015, our Updater includes now those products.
There were some issues (https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=54807) already fixed, that would be the reason for the "Install" button not working in your case.
Those issues are now fixed (but not shipped yet). You can try deleting the temp folder as a workaround until the fix is public.
The folder is located at %localappdata%\MonoDevelop-4.0\Cache\TempDownload
