referencing a netstandard 1.3 from an android or ios project displays an incompatibility warning in the references
(but do compiles ok)

xamarin visual studio 4.3.0.281

Steps to reproduce:

Create a Xamarin Forms PCL project
Retarget the PCL to netstandard 1.3 (1.6 does not work with xamarin forms)

You can still build the android and ios apps and run them ok.
But VS displays a warning icon on the pcl project in the references node of android/ios projects, telling the reference is incompatible with this target.
