Sample project demonstrating the issue
# Description #
In my project I change the column width of a Grid. If I use `HasUnevenRows=True` on the ListView embedded into the Grid, the iOS app gets a strange behavior. It tries to use the max. allowed height in the ListView and divides the available space on all ListViewItems differently.
# Expected behavior #
The height of the ListViewItems stays the same on iOS, even if I change the Grid width.
# Actual behavior #
The height of the ListViewItems changes on iOS, if the Grid width is changed. UWP or Android doesn't have this sort of issue. On Android you can see a flicker (it seems that in first place the behavior is the same as in iOS, but then it goes back to the expected behavior).
# Steps to reproduce #
1. Build the attached project.
2. Run on an actual iOS device (not simulator)
3. Press the '>' and the '<' button multiple times.
4. You can see the change in height.

Do your views have all the same height ?
@Rui Marinho: If the text is going to be longer (e.g. on another language) the label is capable of multi-line text in my project. Therefore I have to use `HasUnevenRows=True` to enable multi-line text. This is working so far, except the above mentioned problem on iOS.
I know I could use `HasUnevenRows=False`, shorten the text or use a fixed height as quick fix, but the above issue would remain.
