I've created a basic sample for using Azure Search from Xamarin.Forms and it's revealed a problem with setting Label.FormattedString on UWP. The sample builds Label.FormattedString using Spans, and these are correctly displayed on iOS and Android. However, on UWP, despite setting Label.FormattedString, the output isn't respecting the BackgroundColor property being set on a Span.
1. Go to the Suggestions page.
2. Enter the string "Mon" in the search bar.
Result: Search suggestions are returned from Azure Search and displayed in the ListView without hit highlighting on UWP.
Expected result: Search suggestions are returned from Azure Search and displayed in the ListView with hit highlighting on UWP.
