messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
Targeting an invalid version of MacOS fails immediately w/ no output about what caused the failure.
The only way to know what happened is to try to execute the app via command line. Would be great to pipe this info out to the application output or even detect this prior to running.
Fix landed into master. Now we will throw up a dialog with this link:
which gives the user a chance to figure out what's up.
I'll work w\ docs to get "version in info.plist is too new for your machine" added to the list there.
