Application does not launch as throwing exception'MonoTouch.CoreMidi.MidiException'.

Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open CoreMidiSample.
2. Debug/Run

Actual Result:
Application does not launch and throwing exception 'MonoTouch.CoreMidi.MidiException'.

Expected Result:
Application should launch successfully.

https://gist.github.com/2510281 (by the way, something is messed up with this gist - there are a couple duplicate 'files' that I didn't create - see the file names.)

This issue occurs on debug, release, device and simulator.

Fixed in monotouch master (cbb8aa4a56226ec2c966d350acfc479976c82bc2).

Actually the MidiException was fixed some time ago, this fix is for native crashes at startup.

Today we have checked this issue and we are able to deploy CoreMidi sample application on device without any error.

Hence closing this issue.
