In version 0.38, when navigating the call tree using the right-down arrow keys, some frames make almost all frames of a call tree selected. This make the UI laga a lot.

In the attached screenshot, selecting the "System.Linq.Enumerable:Any" frame selects almost all the frames of the list.

This is a feature, that highlights all the sibling nodes, so that it's clearer when you navigate the tree where you're at. We shouldn't slow the UI though
