When translating the contents of a View in UWP using TranslateX and TranslateY the View can be made to move over the top of the Navigation bar which is the opposite of what happens in Android and iOS.

In the attached example use panning to move the image.  Run it for both Android and UWP and notice the difference between moving the image over the navigation bar at the top of the page.

It appears that any example you had intended to attach did not attach, or was perhaps forgotten.

It looks like the attachment failed as it was too big.  I'm surprised that this doesn't happen with every xamarin forms app that is uploaded!
