messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
When using a listview in UWP (Desktop) with HasUnevenRows set to True, if you click and hold on the scrollbar (not on the handle but below it to scroll a page at a time) the listview scrolls but doesn't stop when the mouse button is released giving it a different behavior to Android and iOS.

This does not seem to presently be an issue as of the 2.4.1-nightly build. Using the provided reproduction, the ListView stops when the mouse button is released.
