Description Larry O'Brien 2016-10-19 19:59:08 UTC
The page https://github.com/TUNER88/iOSSystemSoundsLibrary enumerates the system sounds in iOS 7. To play these sounds today requires code such as:

var mailReceivedId = 1003;
var s = new SystemSound(mailReceivedId);
s.PlaySystemSound(); //Plays the sound asynchronously

It would be nice if we provided an enumeration of system sounds and an appropriate method (perhaps static) to play them.

Maybe not. It might be an App Store violation to use them: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5867058/has-iphone-built-in-beep-sound-effect

I tried looking for more information and found this link

https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/45628

Which basically says we should not do that :) which I find a lil sad since I think it is a great idea :)
