Description Mark 2016-10-05 14:24:11 UTC
In Xamarin/mono culture "da-DK" gives symbol "kr" but in .net it gives "kr." - presume this should be consistent?

eg. 14.25m.ToCurrencyString(cultureInfo.NumberFormat);
Comment 1 Mark 2016-10-07 11:10:29 UTC
Forget the extension method:
public static string ToCurrencyString(this decimal val, NumberFormatInfo numberFormatInfo)
		{
			return string.Format(numberFormatInfo, "{0:C}", val);
		}

Closing issue as seems to be issue for certain config of xamarin project and not reproducible in simple new project
