StackLayout does not accept percentage values for width, height, margin and paddings.

I don't think star-sizing works with StackLayout. If I'm not mistaken, this is true even in WPF's StackPanel. This should probably be closed.

As stated in Comment 1, this is by design. StackLayout accepts only absolute values for these properties.
