Description Hakan 2016-09-26 19:56:51 UTC
This is the layout I am testing inside a content page:

  <RelativeLayout>
    <ScrollView RelativeLayout.HeightConstraint="{ConstraintExpression
            Type=RelativeToParent,Property=Height,Factor=.5,Constant=0}" >
      <RelativeLayout>
        <Label Text="Text1" BackgroundColor="Green"
               RelativeLayout.HeightConstraint="{ConstraintExpression
            Type=RelativeToParent,Property=Height,Factor=.5,Constant=0}"
 />

                <Label Text="Text2" BackgroundColor="Fuchsia"
               RelativeLayout.HeightConstraint="{ConstraintExpression
            Type=RelativeToParent,Property=Height,Factor=.5,Constant=0}"
                RelativeLayout.YConstraint="{ConstraintExpression Type=RelativeToParent,
            Property=Height,Factor=.5,Constant=0}"
 />

        <Entry Placeholder="Entry" HorizontalOptions="FillAndExpand" ></Entry>
      </RelativeLayout>
    </ScrollView>

    <StackLayout RelativeLayout.YConstraint="{ConstraintExpression Type=RelativeToParent,
            Property=Height,Factor=.5,Constant=0}">

      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
      <Label Text="Text"></Label>
    </StackLayout>

  </RelativeLayout>

I tested this on Android. When I click the entry, the page is resized to a smaller size. The scrollview and stacklayout resize proportionally. But labels do not resize to be half the height of the new scrollview height.
