Crash report from iOS simulation

Please re-open bug 26316, 31266 or 40286 as it is not fixed in the latest release of Xamarin Studio.

Before the latest Xamarin release, my app did not have this crash.

Please find the dump attached from a run on an iPhone 6 simulator with iOS 9.1. Please note I have the same errors on my physical devices and in iOS 8.1, 9.1 and 10.00.
Comment 1 Thomas Hiilbig Pedersen 2016-10-03 20:17:43 UTC
It seems that it has something to do with the inclusion of HockeyApp in to my project.

If hockeyApp is left out (not used/initialized) then my app runs fine in both simulator and physical device.

The version of HockeySDK.Xamarin I am currently using is: 4.1.0
My app will crash with the "popped page does not current navigation stack" exception if I include these lines in my AppDelegate.cs under my iOS project:

var manager = BITHockeyManager.SharedHockeyManager;
			manager.Configure ("** ID removed **");
			manager.CrashManager.CrashManagerStatus = BITCrashManagerStatus.AutoSend;
			manager.CrashManager.Init ();
			manager.DisableCrashManager = false;
			manager.DisableFeedbackManager = false;
			manager.DisableInstallTracking = false;
			manager.DisableMetricsManager = false;
			manager.DisableUpdateManager = false;
			manager.StartManager ();

			var metrics = manager.MetricsManager;
			metrics.Init ();

			if (manager.CrashManager.DidCrashInLastSession) {
				var feedbackManager = manager.FeedbackManager;

				// Show current feedback
				feedbackManager.ShowFeedbackListView ();

				// Send new feedback
				feedbackManager.ShowFeedbackComposeView ();
			}
