How to invoke this dialog by shortcut?
It is not able to make shortcut to adding "using namespace" automatically or to show refactoring dialog to doing that.
There is 2 shortcut in Visual Studio for doing that: alt+shift+F10 and ctrl+.
Neither of them doesn't work for me.
We've a shortcut in master for that alt+enter.
In 2.8.x shift+f10 should bring the context menu up.
(it's a gtk hotkey)
Ok. Well. But shortcut 'shift+F10' is not listed in 'Keys binding' dialog. At least I haven't found it there.
And that shortcut is intended only for context window. I need to press right arrow to get to Resolve menu. It is quite annoying to press four keys combo [shift+f10+right+return] for simply resolving newly written type.
shift+f10 is a gtk binding - it's not bindable to something different and no special command.
in 2.9.x it's just alt+enter - enter :)
