Description Csaba Halász 2012-04-13 20:09:07 UTC
Given this test code:

namespace TestApp
{
	public class MainClass
	{
		void Test()
		{
			return;
		}
		static MainClass Instance { get; set; }
		public static void Main(string[] args)
		{
			Instance = new MainClass();
			Instance.Test();
		}
	}
}

Place a breakpoint on the "Instance.Test()" call. When the breakpoint is hit, try to step into the method. If the "step over properties and operators" setting is enabled, it won't step into the Test() method.

this appears to be a runtime issue.

When you StepInto Instance.Test(), you step into the TestApp.MainClass.get_Instance() and so the debugger issues a StepOut command, but the runtime steps too far.

This works with latest VSfM.
