Description Jonney Shih 2016-09-14 12:31:56 UTC
# Steps to reproduce
Run the .msi installer and follow the steps in the Setup Wizard.

# Expected behavior
The installation proceeds to the end with success.

# Actual behavior
A pop-up windows prompts
"There is a problem with this Windows installer package, a program required for this install to complete could not be run, contact you support personal or vendor"

# Supplemental info (logs, images, videos)
https://1drv.ms/i/s!Ato44WJy5buskmwpgX3cdeVUH2Ki
Previously in the process I had a prompt to grant a certain "**586e.msi" rights to install, so I did.
I conducted a total system reset and reinstalled everything but the issue persists.
Visual Studio "15" Preview 4 was not detected.

# Test environment (full version information)
Windows 10 64 bit, 14939.0
All these versions had the same problem:
Xamarin.VisualStudio_4.2.0.675
Xamarin.VisualStudio_4.2.0.628
Xamarin.VisualStudio_4.2.0.586
