Now that we flush log buffers fairly often due to the periodic sync point in the helper thread, it may be worth exploring having a reuse queue for log buffers, similar to what we do for sample hits.

So far there's been no indication that the allocation of log buffers is an issue, even in apps with heavy activity. Closing.
