RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 43373

Description Johannes Roith 2016-08-16 07:43:12 UTC
This happens after upgrading to XCode 8 beta 6 and after applying the mlaunch patch as linked from the latest github commit.

error MT1212: Failed to create a simulator where type = SimDeviceType : com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimDeviceType.iPhone-4s and runtime = SimRuntime : 10.0 (14A5339a) - com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.iOS-10-0.

That workaround will only work for devices as the IDE don't use launch to query the simulators.

Sim support can work when scripted (but not from the IDE until an update is released). However the config you show above is invalid, i.e. there's no iOS10 support for iPhone-4s
