Hello could you provide more information like the exact version information which you can get by using "Xamarin Studio" menu, "About Xamarin Studio" item, "Show Details" 
button and copy/paste the version informations (you can use the "Copy Information" button).

Also could you tell us how to reproduce this issue? Or even better provide us a simple test case?

Moved to the iOS Designer team in case the bug is re-opened but we have not received the requested information.
If you are still experiencing this issue please provide all the requested information
