On Android, when pressing outside the picker dialog, the dialog closes without raising any event.
One may need to handle such event (similar to a "Cancel" event -> Focus event) to change UI stuffs.
My proposed solution would be
1) Expose the setCanceledOnTouchOutside so that one may choose if the generated dialog can be dismissed on outside tap
2) If cancel on touch outside is enable either expose a separate event or at least raise a Focused event (false) so that one can handle such situation
This pull request seems to address this very issue: https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/pull/264
Should be included in 2.3.2-pre1. Thank you!
