CarouselViewRenderer is getting linked away when building for iOS Device with "Link SDK Assemblies Only" option selected and with the "Enable Device Specific Builds" option _not_ selected.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Download the Monkeys sample from:
2. Open the Monkeys-CarouselView solution in Xamarin Studio
3. Deploy the iOS Project to a real device in Release configuration, which has the "Enable Device Specific Build" option _not_ enabled.
Expected result: CarouselView will show at top of page with image and text.
Actual result: CarouselView is not shown. Space for it is there, but no image or text.
tested with XF v 188.8.131.52-pre3 and 184.108.40.206-pre2. Same results.
The CarouselView plugin is version 2.3.0-pre1 and this I believe is the only version currently released.
Workaround is to reference the CarouselViewRenderer in code by adding this to the AppDelegate Finished Launching method:
> var dummy = typeof(Xamarin.Forms.Platform.CarouselViewRenderer);
Then it works as expected on device.
