repro solution

### Overview
On Android versions less than Lollipop, setting the Color property on an ActivityIndicator has no effect.

Looking at the Forms source, this seems to be intentional: https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/blob/master/Xamarin.Forms.Platform.Android/Renderers/ActivityIndicatorRenderer.cs#L43

However, Control.IndeterminateDrawable.SetColorFilter() seems to still work in older versions of Android. Current workaround is to use a custom renderer.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the attached Android project

### Expected Results
The ActivityIndicator should be red.

### Actual Results
The ActivityIndicator is not red.

### Testing Version
Tested on Forms 2.3.0.107
