Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open DemoService sample on XS.
2. Run the application on device.
3. Click on Start service button.
4. Service will be started.

Actual Result: Run the command adb shell service list on Terminal. Unable to find the DemoService.

Expected Result: It should show the DemoService in the list of adb shell service list.

Thanks for taking the time to report this! It seems that `adb shell services list` only reports system services and not services created by applications. To get information about a user service, try `adb shell dumpsys activity services DemoService`.
