After update xamarin:

Error MT0091: This version of Xamarin.iOS requires the iOS 9.3 SDK (shipped with Xcode 7.3) when the managed linker is disabled. Either upgrade Xcode, or enable the managed linker. (MT0091)

I have Xcode version 7.2 and no available updates in AppStore!

Terminal:
softwareupdate --list
Software Update Tool

Finding available software

Hi Rita,

You can download Xcode 7.3 from the Apple developer portal https://developer.apple.com/downloads/.

Please note that this is Xamarin’s bug tracking tool, used to report and track Xamarin product issues. For how-to questions, Stack Overflow is a great resource. Here is a similar question for how to download Xcode http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10335747/how-to-download-xcode-4-5-6-7-and-get-the-dmg-file.

I hope that helps!
