Master page stays open in Portrait after rotating from landscape if an item was just selected. This is an issue on Tablet only, Phone works as expected.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Open the attached test project (derived from Forms Gallery sample)
2. Launch to Android Tablet emulator or device in portrait orientation (Tested with Google emulator Nexus 10 image, and physical Samsung Tablet.
3. Rotate to Landscape. Note that master page shows as expected.
4. Rotate back to portrait. Note that Master page hides as expected.
5. Rotate back to Landscape.
6. Select an item from the list (not the current selection).
7. Rotate back to portrait.
Expected result: Master page will close.
Actual result: Master page stays open.
I tested this with Forms 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168-pre3 with the same results.
