RESOLVED FIXED

Description ernest.james 2016-06-07 14:09:57 UTC
set an entry in a page and set its keyboard to Keyboard.Numeric (this can be done in xaml or programmatically) and run in iOS. No done button shows when the number pad is displayed.

Do the same with an Editor and the numbered does have the done button.

Workaround for entry is custom renderer do add the done button.

Would be nice if entry worked the same as editor and no custom renderer was needed.

Thank you for your feature request. Unfortunately the bug tracker is not the right place to initiate such a discussion, there is a xamarin evolution process available which you can use to pursue new features in Xamarin.Forms.

Please see here for more details: https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-evolution

Thank you,
Xamarin.Forms Team

Actually, this will work fine. We can accept feature request on Bugzilla as well.
