In a WP8.1 Silverlight app, having an Image inside a Frame will cause a "Layout cycle detected" exception to be thrown.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the WP8.1 Silverlight project in the attached repro
### Expected Results
The app will display the image on the page. You can run the WP 8.1 RT project also in the repro to see this result.
### Actual Results
The app will crash with a "Layout cycle detected" exception
### Environment Info
I was able to reproduce the issue with the latest stable and pre-release Forms versions.
### Possible Workaround
Placing the Image inside a StackLayout and making the layout the Frame's content did not cause the issue. So for example:
