Running any of the Windows applications, when you make the app window large and then resize it down to the minimum width, the contents of the ViewCells are not resizing correctly. This is occurring with multiple types of controls, but I have included a reproduction with Labels for simplicity's sake.
Running on Android and iOS you will not experience this issue while rotating or resizing.
Also wanted to note that I have also tested against the latest prerelease (188.8.131.52-pre2) and it's still an issue there as well.
Doing some digging around in the renderers it seems like when the Elements are in a ViewCell, the Xamarin.Forms Elements (Label, Button, etc) receive the correct new dimensions upon resize but the Windows native controls are not getting that information. Worked around the issue by forwarding the size update from the Xamarin.Forms Elements to the native controls in the renderers.
