Sample Project

**Overview:**

   Setting <Optimize>False</Optimize> in the .csproj for a BundleResource does not disable the optimization for that resource. 

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Build the attached project in XS on Mac.

**Actual Results:**

   > Resources/addContactSuccessIcon.png:  warning : Input PNG is already optimized for iPhone OS.  Copying source file to destination...

**Expected Results:**

   No warning message.
