Hey there Objective Sharpie people, interesting project!
I'm a CocoaPods contributor, who doesn't use Xamarin I'm afraid, but I got an interesting issue on CocoaPods/CocoaPods about an problem with sharpie generation using our new 1.0 releases - https://github.com/CocoaPods/CocoaPods/issues/5240
We're talking about it in that issue, just wanted to provide something on your side. Rough gist is we moved all config settings for Podfiles into the Podfile instead of having different command line flags and environment settings, which means that `--no-integrate` won't work with the new releases
Just wanted to chime in that I ran into this issue today. Running the suggested command from the documentation (https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/cross-platform/macios/binding/objective-sharpie/examples/cocoapod/) of 'sharpie pod init ios AFNetworking' results in the error:
Unknown option: `--no-integrate`
.. after Objective Sharpie prints out that it is running:
pod install --no-integrate --no-repo-update
The workaround for now for me was to uninstall the 1.0 release of Cocoapods and use the older version I had installed already (v0.38.2). Article with details on workaround:
I've just released Objective Sharpie 3.1 which support CocoaPods 1.0.
