Both properties are present in (now open) source definitions

https://github.com/xamarin/xamarin-macios/blob/master/src/gamecontroller.cs#L304

and I see them in XS assembly browser (in Xamarin.iOS.dll).

As you can see from the source the properties are not available on tvOS, as specified by Apple in their latest SDK (Xcode 7.3).
