The following sample app demonstrates an issue where accessing elements within the 2nd row of a GridView will result in an while running on Windows RT systems

# Steps to Reproduce 

1. Download sample 
2. Run again WinRT system/tablet
3. Open first item in accordion
4. Click on any option

Images should be scrollable

Images not scrollable

I do not have access to Windows RT device, so I am repeating information provided. This needs to be confirmed I did run the project in UWP just to ensure that it works as described, and here are the version numbers for that exercise

Sample does't work for me, some issues with the SQL database, please provide a smaller reproduction with dummy data. Change status when available.
