When navigating through the children in a CarouselPage, part of the adjacent page on the left is visible on the current page. This seems to only happen when the app is running on a PC and when "swiping" pages to the right.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the attached UWP project on a PC
2. Click on the left arrow to navigate through the pages
### Expected Results
The current page should take up the entire window.
### Actual Results
In some cases, part of the adjacent page on the left will bleed through. This doesn't seem to happen when navigating right.
