Attempting to use XamlCompilation attributes will cause an exception to be thrown at runtime

1. Download sample
2. Open in Visual Studio
3. Attempt to deploy UWP app

App should deploy
# Actual Results
App fails with above error
Removing the XAML compilation attribute at line 12 of Page1.xaml.cs allows the expected result to occur
