An app package is not built when the "Executable with GUI" options is selected in the project options->general page.
I was told on Slack that there should be no difference between the "Executable" and the "Executable with GUI" options as we should just be ignoring that setting and the resulting build should be identical regardless of which of these setting is used.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Open Xamarin Studio and create a new Xam.Mac->Cocoa C# project.
2. Change the "Compile Target" to "Executable with GUI" in the project options General page.
3. Build the project.
Expected results: App bundle will be in build output directory.
Actual result: No app bundle is built.
