Description Adam Hartley [MSFT] 2016-02-24 16:20:19 UTC
## Steps to reproduce

1. Download and run the sample on Android (Tested on Nexus 6 Android 6.0)
2. Tap and pinch inside the red box

Sample: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d3ilqqeig59w5k1/GestureTest.zip?dl=0

## Expected result

"*** OnTapped" and "***OnPinchUpdated" should be written to the console

## Actual result

Only the pinch gesture is recognised
