Description Cody Beyer (MSFT) 2016-02-16 17:53:40 UTC
# Description

When using Visual Studio, if the Manifest file is moved to a different location than default, and the new location is referenced in CSProj file, the Manifest can not be found at build time

# Notes

This behavior changed recently, as custom Manifest locations were supported in 3.9.547 and current works in the latest Stable of Xamarin Studio

# Steps to Reproduce

1. Create blank Android app from Template
2. Move Android Manifest to location outside of default
3. Close Visual Studio
4. Update CSProj to point to new location for Manifest
5. Open project
6. Attempt to build

# Expected Results

App should build

# Actual Results

Manifest is not found/Invalid location
