Nested absolute layouts in ContentViews lead to buttons not being clickable on iOS only.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Run the attached project on an iOS Simulator.
2. Try to click the button at the top.
It's not clickable.
Should be able to click/tap that button and see the number increase.
**Build Date & Platform:**
XF 2.1-pre3 (Also happens on 2.0.1)
Please also note that in the code example I provided if you uncomment the second example it will demonstrate that this problem also occurs if an AbsoluteLayout is the child of a parent AbsoluteLayout even if ContentViews aren't used.
Is this bug going to be fixed? It's been well over a year and I just stumbled upon this, which, in my case, also happens when using a Grid as a container.
