Toggling the visibility of a Layout that contains a ListView will cause the ListView to be sized greater than the screen’s height. This means that you cannot scroll all the way to the bottom on the ListView because some of the items are rendered off screen.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the Android project in the attached repro solution
2. Press on “Toggle Visibility”
3. Scroll down the ListView
### Expected Results
You should see 70 items in the ListView.
### Actual Results
The ListView appears to be cutoff at the bottom of the screen and the remaining couple of items are not visible.
Toggle the visibility of the ListView as well, not just the containing Layout. Note that the ListView’s visibility needs to be toggled _after_ the containing Layout’s visibility.
### Regression Status
This issue occurs in the latest stable and 2.1 pre-release version. It does _not_ occur in Forms 184.108.40.20682 or below.
Should be fixed in 2.2.0-pre1
I have checked this issue with xamarin.forms 2.2.0-pre1 and its working fine.
Hence closing this issue.
